GRAND CHAMBER JUDGMENT
FOLGERØ AND OTHERS v. NORWAY
The European Court of Human Rights has today delivered at a public hearing its Grand Chamber judgment1 in the case of Folgerø and Others v. Norway (application no. 15472/02).
The Court held:
- by nine votes to eight, that there had been a violation of Article 2 of Protocol No. 1 (right to education) to the European Convention on Human Rights;
- unanimously, that it was not necessary to examine the applicants’ complaint under Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination) of the Convention taken in conjunction with Articles 8 (right to respect for private life) and 9 (freedom of conscience and religion) and Article 2 of Protocol No. 1.EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS
In other words: KRL-faget er blitt erklært menneskerettighetsstridig av menneskerettighetsdomstolen i Strasbourg. Dermed står idiotien og snikinnføringen av obligatorisk kristendomsforkynnende lære i grunnskoen for fall. På høy tid.
